We met the Ohana Design & Build team at KBIS 2025. Since then, they have chosen Furnipart hardware for several projects. Park Meadows, their newly finished Park City, UT home, is a great example of our partnership.
Ohana Design & Build is a full-service design-build firm with a team of over 150 designers, builders, and architects, working across Park City, Healdsburg, and Los Cabos. The project began when a family of five moved to Park City and wanted a home designed for their needs. They wanted the kitchen to be the heart of the house, with touches of personality in places like a playful laundry room and a character-filled powder bath.
Instead of removing the home's history, the design team chose to reinterpret it. They kept the original structure but changed its feel. Working in partnership with David Fine Construction, the heavy look was replaced with a calm atmosphere. Warm beiges, creamy whites, and soft grays now set the tone, along with honey and oak accents that make each room feel bright and welcoming.
The project stands out because of its thoughtful layering. Hand-chiseled ceramics sit next to polished surfaces, artisan wood finishes contrast with clean lines, and the lighting plan keeps the space warm all day. Each material adds depth without making the space feel busy.
